Pots are great, stove is bad

Great starter. I'm a man, reboot. I prefer a stockpot over a dutch oven so this set is perfect for me. I can't get used to the electric stove and I often burn myself. A year later, these pans still look great, still cook evenly, and don't warp or discolor. Over time, all pans will develop "oil stainsโ€ on the bottom, and with stainless steel you can simply touch up the bottom with oven cleaner if it irritates you. Sometimes I use cooking sprays, mostly not. I don't find any problems with sticking and they are very easy to clean. I brown it on the stovetop and then pop it in the oven with no problem. On the stovetop, the long handles stay cold, the pot's handles are closer and on the heat longer, so yes, they get pretty hot. I'm old enough to learn how to use oven mitts anyway. Good price for them, not so heavy that they are bulky. I love her. They're still great after struggling with electric for a year, so I'm looking at larger companion items in the same line. TIP: If something sticks to a pan, boil enough water to cover it and shake in some good-quality baking soda. c, cover with a lid and turn off the heat. It can take an hour, it can take a night, but it works every time and it's safe.
