It's easy to use with minimal training if needed! I like that you can customize it however way makes sense in your business/industry (I'm using this at work). There are some features not available such as invoicing or customer support but we do have those options should they be desired by our end user base of clients / customers who access their data through ORE MA from anywhere via web browser. We're able solve many issues around billing process management - which helps us run smoother since there isn't much room between when an invoice goes out vs being paid-in full versus payment received notification timeframes compared wth other products i've used previously where these timings were sometimes 2 weeks apart etc..
