I put ID-Cooling IS-30 on the cooler, instead of the native one. As a result, 500-plus turns, 30-35 degrees and silence. At first I even thought that the valve was not working, but no, it turns. For the sake of interest, I ran a stress test, 1200 rpm. and 60 degrees maximum, and the valve is almost inaudible. Why does no one make a connector on the fan? For some it is short, for others it is long.
