I really like this product. It is very convenient when using two skeins of yarn. They rotate individually, but are slightly pulled toward you. I realized that this is a little trick. If you must roll a roll, TRY to use either toilet paper or, even better, paper towel rolls (cut to size). Depending on the size of the ball, you may need multiple rolls. Now you have them all ready to go. Place 2 on another unused spindle and they are safe and ready to go. here's the best tip, with any ball of yarn, even on a spinning spindle, the yarn on the bottom that rests on the bottom of the ball can get jammed. I've found that it's a lot easier to crochet or knit without it getting stuck every few turns if you first put another roll of paper on the spindle and then put the spool of thread you're using on top of that spool. I've found whether I'm working on a bed or on a couch with my feet up on the table, all I have to do is nudge my toes a little and it's over. Unwind the yarn freely and easily without moving a single muscle! 🙃😜😷,! Seriously, I stumbled across this at Revain and was so happy. I was familiar with single spindles, but I wanted to make a large basket and needed two skeins of yarn at a time. It worked like magic! Sometimes if you need 3 skeins you can add an old bowl with a large binder clip [learned from TL Yarn Caft - Tony Lipsey, Knitter, Educator, YouTube Podcaster]. But don't get past this double spindle. You will regret it!
