Review on 3-Piece Assorted Sizes Bamboo Cutting Board Set by Totally Bamboo by Sean Fabacher

When I received these boards I thought they weren't very good quality as other reviewers said there was 'bamboo hair' sticking out of the boards. I applied several coats of mineral oil and only used it to find out the 'wood hairs' were gone and now the board is smooth and I don't have to worry about those bamboo 'hairs' getting into my food . But I care for them with mineral oil and never put them in water or in the dishwasher. I love the different sizes too! If I just need to cut a lemon for water, I can pull out the mini board and it's easy to clean. I think if you know how to properly clean and mineral oil bamboo (or other wooden boards) I would recommend these boards and the price is as good as they come.
