Practical and useful

This USB hub is just that: a real USB 3.0 hub. No crazy useless "extra features" like HDMI, Ethernet and all the crap that comes with many hubs these days. It's a simple externally powered USB hub (meaning it provides adequate power for external hard drives) and allows for high-speed data transfers to a PC. Exactly what I was looking for. There are separate switches for each port, but I just leave them all on. I don't know why you have to enable and disable each port individually. Some minor cons: The USB cable that plugs into the back of the PC is only 3-4 feet long and barely reaches the top of my desk. I would like a longer cable. The hub isn't very heavy either, so it moves slightly when plugged in or unplugged. But beyond that, I plugged in a wireless charger to the charging port, an iPhone cable, a Samsung USB-C cable, and a couple of USB ports. all drive at the same time. Works perfectly. Highly recommended.
