Review on Mach Associates Reservations Systems (MARS) by Knate Scarpelli

I like how easy it was to use with our staff, but also really enjoyed being able to check in customers by hand as well! It just made life easier when we had lots of people coming through at once or needing multiple tours booked within one day because they were all running late!! Sometimes you can't do everything manually though so this could be an issue if your having issues getting things done fast enough from MARS. If anyone reading has never used mars before then try out their demo first - there are some little bugs heren'there which will make sense after using them for awhile. We've been trying different methods over time now since launching last year/2018 till finally settling into what works best overall. Easy to use, very flexible with multiple languages available in different countries which makes it more user friendly than other similar softwares out there! I would like to see some improvements on usability when adding new users or creating accounts as sometimes things are not intuitive but once you get used to them they work great! Its one of our favorite products from mach associates we have been using it since 2004. We can book tours easily and quickly without any issues at all.
