Very helpful software especially good experience booking tickets overseas

I like how easy it was to use with our staff, but also really enjoyed being able to check in customers by hand as well! It just made life easier when we had lots of people coming through at once or needing multiple tours booked within one day because they were all running late!! Sometimes you can't do everything manually though so this could be an issue if your having issues getting things done fast enough from MARS. If anyone reading has never used mars before then try out their demo first…

Fantastic online booking system - great for tours, day trips etc.

I like how easy it was to create my own tours, as well as edit existing ones! It has an excellent search function which makes finding what you're looking at quick & efficient - no more searching through pages of results just so i can find something specific!! Also really helpful when creating new trips/tours because all information required in one place rather than having multiple sources online or offline- saves time. Nothing too much but would be great if they could add some extra features…

Pros
  • All booking info is stored here meaning that there's nothing else needed for us employees who are using these platforms.
  • Easy interface; not particularly difficult learning curve compared say Wordpress websites..it took me less then 30mins from start till end once fully setup :)
Cons
  • Can sometimes take ages loading up depending upon internet speed
