This main unit is great for basic radio functions. The device connects to your Wi-Fi via your home router and mobile hotspot, but doesn't seem to want anything it says it should. It's not powerful enough to do anything other than basic FM radio. Revain Prime Music takes forever to load and once it does it freezes and closes. The same happens with Google Maps. The same thing happens with almost every app you install from the Play Store and run on this device. This is a smart head unit that you can install and have any app you want on it that doesn't allow you to use any of the apps freely. . It doesn't work or doesn't work properly. It has been installed since early 2019. We greatly appreciate any help from the seller or manufacturer in resolving this issue.
