When I decided to give Balaflyie a try as a retailer for the first time, I couldn't wait to look around their website and find some adorable clothes and accoutrements for my daughter. Nevertheless, my time spent shopping at this internet store resulted in nothing but dissatisfaction on my part. To begin, there was no adequate justification or notification given regarding the nearly two-week long delay in the shipment's delivery. I attempted to contact their customer service staff, but they did not respond to my inquiries and were not helpful. It took me a few tries before I was eventually able to get a response, and even after they did, they were unable to provide me with a definitive answer regarding when my order would arrive. When my order did eventually arrive, I found that the products were of a poorer quality than I had anticipated. The shoes were uncomfortable and did not fit very well, and the garments appeared to be of low quality and poor construction. Even more disappointing is the fact that the package did not contain the jewelry that I had purchased for my young daughter. When I contacted the customer service staff at Balaflyie a second time to report the missing item, they were unapologetic and uncooperative with my request. They informed me that the item was out of supply but did not offer me any alternatives or compensation for the trouble that I was going through. My time spent with Balaflyie has, on the whole, been an extremely disappointing one. My experience with the company has left a sour flavor in my mouth due to the delayed shipping, low-quality products, and unhelpful customer service. This is not an online store that I would recommend to anyone searching for dependable and high-quality products for their infant or child.
