I've had this thing for about 2 years now. I am very happy with the water it produces and have only replaced the cartridge once. I am giving 4 stars because it has started to show some signs of use in the last 6 months. On rare occasions, a relatively stable drop will flow from the filter section. This can usually be fixed by running a stream of water through it and then turning it off, but sometimes (not often) that doesn't work. My other complaint is that the little switch has been stuck on the filter more often than not lately. an option if he switched back to normal pressing earlier. However, this is a minor annoyance for me. The price is good, the water is good, lasts for two years with daily use. I expect it's still a year in! I'll probably buy it again if mine dies.
