Looks good but doesn't last

I mounted them on my 2007 CBR600RR but couldn't take them on a trip even with the bolts tight The way they go, the mirrors won't stay in place. They always want to "sag” and sink in, making themselves almost useless. They look great and complement the look of my bike very well, but don't work as useful mirrors. I'll either have to stick with standard mirrors or find another brand with better build quality.
