As for the product itself I would give it four or maybe three and a half stars. The needles do not stick to the cable when screwed in and look a bit wobbly. I'm also one of those unlucky knitters who somehow twists while knitting, so that at some point every needle, no matter how tight, loosens. However, I'm giving this five stars because of the exceptional way the seller handled my return. I bought the needles in October, but bought the cable that I needed later separately (from another seller). It was already January when I was finally able to use the machine and discovered to my horror that one of the needles was broken. He did not hold on and constantly hopped - did not unscrew, but hopped completely. I understood it wasn't the cable so I asked for a return over the weekend, expecting a little trouble. To my surprise, the seller contacted me on Monday and told me not to return anything, a replacement needle would be sent. The replacement arrived on Wednesday and was a definite improvement over the defective needle. Needless to say I was very pleased with the level of service provided and would have no question buying from this seller again.
