Review on SALLOUS by Tay Cassanova

Unfortunately, I was not overly satisfied after giving SALLOUS a go for my office furniture needs. Although they carry a large variety of goods, the quality of those goods was severely lacking. The overpriced and badly constructed office chair I ordered did not live up to my expectations. In addition, the desk I ordered arrived with numerous scratches and dents, demonstrating that SALLOUS does not pay close attention to detail during the packaging and shipping procedure. Their inept and hard-to-reach customer assistance just made issues worse. It took forever to get through to a representative, and once I did, they showed zero enthusiasm in helping me with my issue. If you're in the market for high-caliber office supplies, I wouldn't suggest SALLOUS. Despite having a large number of products, they fail to provide exceptional service to their customers and pay scant attention to the details of their offerings.
