Bakes inconsistently

Ok, I don't know what's wrong with them, but these are the ONLY pans my cookies don't always bake on. I have to put them in these pans for more than 5 minutes and even then they still don't cook properly and kind of end up on the bottom but stay raw all over. This is so strange! I thought I was just crazy so I bought different baking sheets and tried the same cookie on them and it baked perfectly. Just buy baking sheets at the Dollar Store and save money and cookies!
