Review on ๐Ÿ”จ 25MM Dual Head Nylon Rubber Hammer for Jewelers and Metalworking by Sasha Hsiao

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A light hammer will require more effort on your part

I was trying to flatten a freshly made eyelet needle with a rubber tip. It took a few hits as the rubber tip isn't heavy at all. I also tried the nylon end for the same purpose. He straightened the wire more easily, but again the weight wasn't enough. Also, it looks like the ends of the hammer might eventually work their way loose since they aren't securely fastened. On the other hand, when I was done, the wire wasn't damaged at all.

Pros
  • Excellent as a tool on a jeweler's workbench, for use in finer processes
Cons
  • Expensive
