Not suitable for all bikes. This is probably fine for small to medium bikes, but not for large bikes. I'm 6ft 2" and ride a Trek Marlin 5. But size is just the beginning of the problems. Despite buying a new one: You sent me a used one. It wasn't even attached to the package, it was worn and the washer was missing. All items simply lie in the bag.2. The arms are VERY short. They barely reach far enough to reach through the spokes, not to mention have enough room to wrap around a bike rack too. The screws are too short to use with the bottle cage, even though the description says so. So you'll probably need to buy longer screws depending on what type of cup holder you have.4. The lock is incredibly annoying. Unlike most locks, you can't just close it without a key. It must be in the correct position. By the time you've got it in place, you've probably turned the key a bit and then have to struggle with it locking. The description should state what bike sizes it works with. And maybe suggest bigger size for bigger bikes. Apparently they did little to no actual testing.
