Silverado 4x4 Front Hub Replacement 2011

You can't go wrong with this item. It was equal or better than the OEM it replaced on my 2011 Silverado Z71 and is made in the USA, it's a quality part. If you have the tools and a good jack, you can replace it in an hour or less, but you need the right tools. I also bought a Tekton 36mm Deep Impact and it's a quality head but the drive axle hub is tightened to 177lbs and was very difficult to break, in fact I have my 1/2" to 3/4" adapter Broken. try to lose it, so you should end up with the same type of head with a 3/4 inch drive. (3) The hub bolts are also very difficult to break, so you can use 6-sided heads so you don't round off the bolt heads, and a good quality breaker so those bolts are lost. If you want to be prepared, this is what I had to simplify. Drive Impact socket, minimum 200' torque wrench, 18mm and 15mm x 1/2", Drive Impact socket, 1/2" drive and 24" long broken rod, high quality. A T27 star head for disc brake removal and some grease for the drive axle I used Mobil 1 Synthetic Torque values for my truck are: drive axle 177 lbs, hub and bearing assembly 133 lbs, front caliper brackets 129 lbs.
