Review on Victorinox Oyster Knife with 2-3/4-Inch Hooked Tip and SuperGrip Handle in New Haven Style by Tina Zeiher

I'm not a professional fisherman but I used to work at a cheese bar and I'm good at shellfish. Having tasted many oysters in my life, I can tell you that this is a great all-purpose oyster knife. Its size and shape make it great if you only have one. I also have another Victorinox 4" Boston Style oyster knife (see my review for that) that I like, but I use this one more often. Open that stubborn shell. Do yourself a favor and grab this oyster knife AND a pair Cut resistant kevlar for pulling oysters (see my review of kevlar gloves) If you're at all worried about cutting yourself I've found it's better to be safe, I use gloves all the time and Haven't had an accident yet ( Kevlar fingers crossed I won't have them now).
