I already had an OEM Tesla hub and nut kit but they were only available with the silver 'T' and I thought the red 'T' would be a nice accent on them my red model 3. It's a nice set out of the box. It comes professionally packaged. There are a few differences compared to my OEM kit. 1) The OEM center hub is painted to match the exact color on the wheel, while the kit in question was solid black unpainted plastic. This difference is noticeable and may bother some people as it looks like an aftermarket addition. 2) The OEM center hub curves outwards slightly, allowing for a smooth transition to the rest of the wheel. The kit in question is completely flat. After installation, however, this difference is not really noticeable. 3) The dimensions of the central "T" are slightly different from each other, with the OEM being more visible, but this is not significant. /dark grey, complete with gloss black. I prefer matte because the gloss draws attention to something I don't really want to draw attention to, but most probably won't care. A very small problem. 5) OEM lugs are flatter, the kit is a few millimeters higher. Imperceptible after installation but I have slight concerns that they might be more prone to being knocked off/lost. This cannot happen as they fit exactly like the OEM caps. Given the difference in cost I think this is a great alternative to the OEM kit unless you are someone who is really obsessed with a carefully matched color. Definitely looking forward to starting them and I love the red "T" on my red 3.
