This product lives up to the name. I am not lactose intolerant but changed my diet because of inflammation. I soak my almonds overnight, drain, and blend with water and dates. I pass the blend through any of the bags, and out comes silky, smooth almond milk. This bag collects the waste and I use water from the faucet to drive it all into a corner. Turning bag inside out and throwing out the dry waste. I have made almond milk, hemp seed milk, and oat milk. I have also used the smaller one to steep big batches of iced tea. These are good bags, and worth the price.
