I liked the fact that unlike other brands only one tool is needed to open and close the speed channel so I decided to give it a try. The first tool was bent and while it still worked I thought I could give the company some info on how they could improve the packaging. Pro Bike Tools responded immediately and after taking a few pictures of the bent tool asked if I would like a refund or replacement. I ordered a replacement unit and it arrived in a few days.
