Looks like a good blade but it had a very bad burr on the blade

The metal and weight of the blade seems to be of decent quality but there are just a few key issues. First of all, the blade came from the factory with a burr so bad I could almost use the thing as a closet scraper; someone with a grinder and could improve the edge for a while but i'm not really worried at the moment. Of less importance, the fit/finish isn't very well smoothed near the "knob" where the stock meets the grip wood and seems like it could become uncomfortable with semi-extended use. I will be returning it and replacing it with a more expensive (and hopefully higher quality) version of this type of knife (Serbian hatchet) as I like the shape and configuration for camping cooking purposes.
