Review on NextGenReview by James Townsend

It's easy enough that even my kids can use it! I love how simple this tool makes finding positive feedback so much easier than asking around at work where people might be more likely not want you know what business advice they're giving out (no offense). There are still features we wish were added such as sorting by star rating but overall really great product - would highly recommend looking into them if reviewing customer service options like mine was their focus area before now.- Easier way find good testimonials- Easy integration w/ other apps & platforms too easily accessable through our website / app store accountEasy interface design allows us employees who aren't tech savvy users also benefit greatly when usingNext Gen Reviewas well! Definitely worth tryingI do see some room left there though :)- Ability add custom fields which could allow better customization down.
