The gas tank came with a plastic mesh/gas hose nipple, but the new gas hose that comes with the new tank is nowhere near the right size for it. Also missing was the O-ring that seals the connection between the plastic strainer and the nipple where it screws into the bottom of the gas tank. And the last question is the gas cap. Doesn't close tightly, had to bend the tabs to allow the gas cap to close better, but I assume this won't fix the situation. I may have to go back to using my old gas cap. On a positive note, all mounting studs and bolt holes are correctly aligned to mount the tank on my Subaru powered cultivator. If you have a rusty fuel tank like mine this will work if you can work around the small details.
