I LOVE these straws - say goodbye to nasty reusable straws

I have some hard plastic reusable straws and some stainless steel straws. I hate plastic because they just don't feel clean. There's something about plastic, even hard plastic, that I think always harbors germs and other nasty things. The glass straw fixes that, it looks very clean! These straws are amazing! The thought of glass straws struck me as a little spooky. For example, if I bite it, will it break and tear my mouth to shreds? No! No it won't! They are super durable. I dropped mine. I bite them, I twist them and just tuck them away in a drawer with a bunch of other stuff - NO PROBLEM. Why are straws great? Well, durability aside - they're glassy and clear - that's how clean they feel. You can see through them and know there's not a smoothie or lipstick left. Plus, they're wide enough to use with smoothies! I use them for my morning smoothies and they are just to die for. They clean surprisingly well even without a brush. Don't get me wrong, you need a brush and you want to brush it between uses. The only thing worth mentioning is that even if I just rinse it off to put it in the sink, most of the smoothie dirt just comes out with the water. A couple of notes - these straws are too wide to fit in some of the holes in the lid. I tried threading it through my Yeti top and it doesn't fit. I've included a picture of a straw in a 20 ounce yeti glass so you can get an idea of the length. It's a pretty good length. Also, I haven't drunk anything hot through a straw, but you know it's glass, so if you do, it'll be hot. These are my favorite reusable straws, so clear, so clean. The investment is definitely worth it.
