To say I am disappointed with this product would be an understatement. I was so excited to receive them. I had a dinner party on Friday and wanted to use this to warm up our tortillas. I warmed up the first one in the microwave for about 4 minutes. I came out warm and put it on the counter to warm up the second. Again about 4 minutes. I was on my way to my partner's when the microwave went out and she had just reached out to warm it up. I confess I wasn't looking into the microwave when I reached out to pull out the heating pad. I got badly burned. The second heater melted. The plastic from the heating pad was stuck to the plate in our microwave and when we tried to remove it it ripped off the glass of the microwave plate. So she destroyed my microwave and I had to buy a new one for $119. In tears from the burn I had sustained, I reached over to grab the first heating pad and at least used it, but it was already cold. It didn't take more than 15 minutes. This product is not safe and does not retain heat as advertised. I am extremely disappointed. I will return the item as soon as possible.
