OK MANY reviewers complain about a hamburger (or other ground beef) getting stuck in this chopper. Yes, but I'll leave the wand on the stove and clean it. Lasts about 5 seconds. Once the meat is partially cooked, it will stop sticking. I used to use a bamboo spoon or spatula, which left large chunks of meat. This gives me very fine minced meat for my biscuits and gravy, chili or whatever. If you don't want it to be finely chopped, stop chopping. Just like this one. I love this tool!
