Review on 🚗 Dorman 674-843 Passenger Side Catalytic Converter with Exhaust Manifold Integration for Infiniti / Nissan Models (Non-CARB Compliant) by James Naylor

Purchased and left and right fitted. (674-843 and 674-844) Completely rusted through in 3.5 years. Three and a half years is not a whole life. As per the PDF warranty instructions, I have contacted Dorman directly on a number of occasions. They replied that they absolutely DO NOT deal directly with the consumer and that I would have to go back to the place of purchase which was Revain (not a 3rd party). Revain's initial response was that this was inconsistent with Revain's return policy. After several phone calls and contacts within a few weeks, Revane agreed to return my money. As Revain no longer stocks this product themselves, they cannot replace it. The problem is the refund for the 2 pieces was only the $603 I originally bought them for. And buying this product back costs $730 at today's price. So Dorman's promise of a lifetime warranty is a very good thing. My return took 2 months of calls and emails and I have yet to spend another $127 to replace the part.
