When I received the notebook the pages were torn from the cover and there were two distinct tears in the top part of the cover. I got my money back for this annoying test. Typically, shipping issues have nothing to do with the product but with the product itself for two reasons: 1. Since the pages are easily separated from the binding, customers should be careful when handling the sketchpad.2. Other buyers may receive the drawing pad in the same condition if the seller does not put the pad in the package properly. Otherwise the product was ok. The paper was high quality and made in the USA and I hope the binding stability for this product will improve in the future.
