Bought 2 and 3 step ladder. The goods arrived on time and in perfect condition. I weigh about 210 pounds and am very comfortable climbing stairs. No kickbacks and weird squeaks. They are solid for me and my wife. I like how they fold flat. You can easily put them in a closet or lean them against the wall and hang them on hooks. If I had one comment it would be that my 3 step ladder opens up a little more when I first step on it after putting it down. Thing is, the first time I thought it was fully open, and then it opened about an inch after stepping on it for the first time. It's not dangerous, but I didn't expect it the first time. The 2nd step does not. Now that I know he does, it's not a problem. All in all a very good purchase that does what I need it to do.
