Great ladder, easy to store and quick to open when needed. The only downside, as others have said, is that it doesn't "stick" to the steps. This is not a problem for my boyfriend or me as we are young but I can see that some older people will need something with a better grip. My friend weighs 230 kilos and feels very comfortable in it, he is very strong. Overall a great product for the price!

Bought this for our laundry room to reach the top of tall cabinets and tall shelves. For this purpose it works well and feels solid. I also like that it folds up so it can be leaned against a wall (and stay there) in a minimal amount of space. I also like how it's designed, I like that it's white and I like that it has good protection on the feet. It's a little heavy, but with a ladder of this height and quality, there may not be a good way around it.

The cross on the back of the ladder arrived with a strip removed. The spacer must be screwed to the ladder frame. Instead, it was just a buckle. I would have fixed it but I couldn't because the hole in the ladder frame was drilled in the wrong place and the connector couldn't line up with the hole. That's why the X-frame appeared. Received my 3 step ladder today and of course had to climb it as soon as it arrived. (I haven't rated it for durability since I just got it.)
