I tried these plugs on my 2012 Tundra and initially they seemed to work fine. Last week my truck started stumbling leaving work and when I got home it was barely drivable - the check engine light was on halfway home and was blinking when I parked. I installed a code reader on the truck and detected a misfire on cylinder #2 with random misfire codes. I suspected candles, remembering other posts on this issue. I bought some Denso (5344) IKH20 Iridium Power spark plugs for less than half the price of these pulsstars and installed them after clearing the codes. Of course the engine ran much smoother, more power and the error codes stopped working. I've had the Pulstars for just over a year and have clocked 10,000 miles but looking back over the last few months the engine was a bit sluggish until last week when I barely made it home. Only 10,000 plugs with these results - pathetic for a modern engine - maybe for a 2-stroke or an old hot rod. The pulstars look like they have some kind of coating (almost chrome) and maybe it works at first but then wears off. quickly. For some reason they are not worth it. I could get 2 sets of Denso and an extra $40 in my pocket for the same money spent. I tried and they failed. These aren't sparklers. Save your money and look elsewhere!
