The platform has helped me to create personalized reports that include all of my clients in one place, including new business development leads! I can also see which prospects are most likely interested by looking at their website or social media activity within minutes after they have been sent an email from coach metrics team member - this makes it easy when i'm communicating with them via emails/phone calls etc as well! Highly recommend using coaches metric if you're serious about your marketing efforts-it's worth every penny spent!! We've used Coaches Metric only because we had no other choice but not really disliking anything so far (except maybe some minor glitches).
