The platform has been very easy to use, it's intuitive so there are no problems with getting started or learning how things work. It can be difficult at times keeping up-to date as changes come in but this does not happen often once you have made adjustments that resolve any issues. I like that coachmetrix provides an online dashboard for my team to track their goals, and share them with other members of their team. The ability to create custom dashboards is great! It helps our team stay organized and keep track of all of our goals and plans. I wish there was more flexibility in terms of adding additional fields to a goal or project.
