The platform has been very easy to use, it's intuitive so there are no problems with getting started or learning how things work.

It can be difficult at times keeping up-to date as changes come in but this does not happen often once you have made adjustments that resolve any issues. I think having an online community of coaches would make using coach metix even better! We've used several different platforms throughout our careers including coaching programs such as Mind Tools Coaching Program which was also recommended by my previous employer.
