I was a regular customer of Happy Wax wax melters. Although I always thought that the price of the product is at a higher level, the quality has been stable, which has kept me coming back for more. I recently bought Citrus Mix and Ocean Breeze. Instead of uniformly shaped bears, the wax looks like leftovers from the end of a production run. The Ocean Breeze bag is covered with melted wax on the outside. It doesn't live up to my previous experience and isn't what I expected given the price. I still recommend the product and hope that this is just an isolated case of low quality and lack of attention to detail.
