DOA and Fire Hazard

Dead on arrival. I'll try the green one from you-know-who and just pay extra for shipping hoping it works as it should. Great concept; sorry it didn't work for me. The money was refunded through Revain. OK. Update: Having received a refund without returning the item, I plugged it in to see if I could troubleshoot - still didn't work, but 15 seconds after plugging it in, the cord felt hot. . It went in the trash. These pumps are dangerous! Also, the one I bought from a competing online aquarium store lived up to expectations. Buyers beware Revain.
