Helps with insomnia
I have insomnia and take ridiculous doses of sleeping pills. Still, I like to read in the evenings. This light has a yellowish tint with 3 adjustable levels. I keep it on the lowest setting and fall asleep after a few chapters. I charged it once and it lasted over 2 weeks and still works. The ONLY downside to this product is that it's a bit thick so I have to put it closer to the last few pages to make it feel like I'm reading a book. If not, you'll end up with those weird side creases. All in all I would 100% buy it again and again!
