You get what you pay for. As I am extremely dissatisfied with this product I am planning to return it once my new and dash kit arrive. You'll have better luck just throwing $110 in the trash. First, the screen is too big for the dash (it's said to be compatible with the VW Passat 04) and no dash kits are available to make it suitable for PIA installation, it took a full day to install. Second, the display is ALWAYS on and constantly draining the battery. Luckily we have a jump pack because we use it at least twice a day. Third, the usability of the device is lame. It's like sticking a cheap Android tablet to an old radio and calling it a value. Sometimes Bluetooth works, sometimes not, you never know. Finally, since the installation, my alarm clock has stopped working properly and neither have my windows. It's like it's drawing so much power that no other electrics work. Never again will I buy "nameless" electronics. Have already ordered a Pioneer Double Din instead for not much more expensive.
