THIS SOUNDS BETTER TO ME THAN THE ORIGINAL 2011 VW JETTA HEAD UNIT. IT WAS VERY EASY TO INSTALL. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS INCLUDED. NO NEED TO BUY ANYTHING EXTRA. THE DEVICE IS SLIGHTLY SLOW WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WITH 1GB RAM. EVERYTHING WORKS BETTER THAN EXPECTED.

It takes about 10 minutes to install, if you want to install a rear view camera then you probably need about an hour. super easy! You can install YouTube, Netflix, Spotify and any other app from the AppStore on your car radio! Excellent performance. This is a very fast head unit. It opens applications very quickly and rarely slows down. Bluetooth worked well and was very clear. I had no problems with WiFi or GPS. I easily get 5 stars. Very happy with it.

Please, please, please! When installing the radio. If you decide to disconnect the cable from the passenger airbag, the light on the dashboard will come on. I-REPEAT Do not turn the ignition key to the ON position. You will receive an airbag malfunction indicator which can only be cleared using an Odbii scanner that has an SRS code function.
