Review on Enhanced Noise Reduction Koss QZ-99 Stereophone - Standard Packaging by Iration Mccall

I have used these with my scanner at NASCAR races. It definitely cancels out the noise, but it could be a lot better. The same applies to the volume. I had to buy an audio amplifier to use them to get better sound from them. I use them mostly in Daytona so there are pauses between passing cars, but if it were a short route I think it would be difficult to hear everything the lookouts are saying on the radio due to the constant noise of the cars. The cable is too long and annoying. Not adjustable and can be uncomfortable when running green flag for long periods of time. I ended up buying another headset, but I'll still use it if someone accompanies me to the track. I would recommend spending the extra money and getting a quality headset.
