Honest review

Error loading media. Honest product review. Epoxy and pigment are fine. I have tried different brands of epoxy trying to find the best regardless of the cost. I knew it was cheaper, especially since neon pigments were included in the kit. Epoxy has an average smell compared to others. It's quite thick after mixing and doesn't bleed out too much, which is good for some projects. It cures a little quicker than others I've worked with. As a result, the processing time is quite short, a maximum of 45 minutes, and 30 minutes for smaller quantities. Demolding is faster with this resin, but it still takes 24-72 hours to fully cure. There are microbubbles that do not break up with heat or time. The epoxy did not level. I've tried both thicker and thinner molds and it didn't change the amount of bubbles or the workability of the resin. The pigments are ok. They work best when mixed with the resin itself, otherwise there won't be much paint coverage. With other brands I can put the pigment in the mold before the resin and they spread a lot more, which can't be said for these. The colors themselves are beautiful and bright. They glow under black/ultraviolet light. The resin mixes beautifully with other pigments, mica powder, different brands of glitter, etc. It doesn't change the overall end product. This is good because other resins can be affected by other added mediums, causing them not to fully cure. In general, it is a normal resin and a normal pigment. Was it cheaper than others? Yes. Was it worth saving a few bucks? no Would I buy it again? no
