I spent hours installing this. Leave it in the sun for 3 hours and follow the YouTube videos closely as the instructions provided were terrible. It arrived with a few scratches on the rear windows and a small tear on one door panel, so I'm guessing it was used. But for the price I figured I'd just give up. The window trim was relatively easy to put on, but the boat just didn't fit. The six buttons on the back don't even come close to matching. I thought maybe I'm just doing it wrong so I took it to an upholstery shop down the road, the guys there immediately confirmed it wasn't done right. The distance between the two sets of latches should be 6.5 inches. it is 4 inches. You wouldn't think a 2.5 inch difference would make a huge difference, but it's there. This means that when you snap one set of latches, the other set is 2.5 inches smaller and won't snap. I will be returning it which is a shame because I was so excited. This weekend my wife and I wanted to go camping in jeeps for our anniversary and now we can't. Huge crap
