Torn during my move and scattered my belongings along the way resulting in losing hundreds of dollars on clothes and toys for me and my baby. Didn't have to use it as one of the straps broke while attaching it to the car. I tied it up with an extra strap thinking it would be ok but apparently it was a sign that this bag was of terrible quality and I should have shipped my stuff instead.
