So after careful research I purchased this product and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I don't see why or how this could work for anyone as the end of the opener is straight and not bent so you can actually dig in and pull out corks. I have tried the opener on at least 5 different wine bottles and it only worked on one bottle. Anyway, I now resort to a cheap corkscrew that was gifted to me, which requires more arm muscles but still pops corks. I hope they fix this design flaw because the overall quality of the product is good.
