You can test it on the dyno, you can hear it sticking/grinding inside like tight tolerances. Let it run for 15 seconds and then it got very hot. I tried it in a bucket of water, nothing moved! I tried changing the polarity, it didn't help! I just missed the return time :( Don't buy this! Even if it's only 12 make sure you return defective products so sellers don't make money off junk and sellers know it's junk. Now you have to do wait a few days try another seller or just go to your local parts store buying here cost me more :(
