Too short. Not suitable

Too short. Will not fit model 6594. Belt length is approximately 14 3/4 inches. My vacuum requires a 17 inch belt. Or that I understand that it has to be tight. Apparently I spoke too soon. Works, but very slowly. 1 star changed to 4.
