I am very happy with this device so far. I bought 2, one for the front yard and one for the back yard. Installation: Easy and it took my husband less than 5 minutes per camera to install outside. Finding a good place with strong Wi-Fi was quite difficult, and even places with good Wi-Fi (as far as we can tell) show up as weak on their app. So follow the instructions and let the camera check the site before installation. . Don't assume (like we did) that the place will work because your phones/TVs/whatever works in that place. Syncing the cameras to the app was also very easy and took me about 1 minute per camera. App and camera quality: The app is ok, we have an iPhone, but it also works on Android. As we said, the syncing process is quick and easy. The app logs off a few minutes after you haven't used it, which can be a little annoying. This is especially important when you receive a motion detection alert or hear noise and want to quickly check the cameras. It takes a few seconds to log in and wait for it to load, which isn't usually a problem, but when it comes to security cameras, you really don't want to waste time. The picture is excellent and very clear, even at night. Night vision works well, everything is visible. You can zoom in but not pan. You can also hear everything, although it's obvious that the voices are a bit muffled the further away from the camera. You can technically speak through the app and your voice will come from the camera, but in reality you have to speak loud enough to be heard. You can also set off an alarm from the app, which is pretty loud (our neighbors could hear our tests). Sometimes it takes 3-4 clicks for the alarm to actually go off, although this can be a network delay. My husband can check the cameras from work and it has the same features as I have at home which is good. He works nights so it's nice that he can look inside the house while we're all sleeping. Motion detection works well, maybe too well. We had a flag in front of our house that we had to take down because whenever the wind blew on it, it would set off an alarm. However, it does not absorb the movements of our cats. Maybe the motion detection only works from a certain height. Overall this is excellent value for money. So far I'm very satisfied, but I really recommend these cameras to anyone looking for a cheap wireless camera.
