So this item is a SHELL for using the engine. If you look at the bottom of this scooter you will see an empty hole where the switch should have fitted. There's a battery compartment that's empty when you open it, with no metal connectors for batteries, and there's an empty hole at the bottom that looks like it's meant for some sort of speaker. The toy is designed for children from 2 to 4 years old, but the wheels do not spin freely and all three wheels get stuck, causing the child to suffer when trying to push the scooter. I recommend skipping this toy and finding something better for the price.
